How RiftClick handles data

We collect information you submit directly to RiftClick, including subreddit queries, idea-generation prompts, support messages, and any account or billing details you provide during checkout.

We also collect limited usage and device information such as IP address, browser type, page views, referring pages, and product interactions so we can secure the service, understand adoption, and improve performance.

RiftClick analyzes publicly available Reddit content, including subreddit names and post titles, to surface patterns that creators can use for research and packaging. We do not claim ownership over Reddit content and we do not represent that RiftClick is endorsed by Reddit.

We use scraped Reddit signals to generate creative suggestions, rank outputs, and improve the relevance of future idea runs. We do not sell raw scraped Reddit datasets as a standalone product.

Paid subscriptions are processed through a Stripe-hosted checkout flow provided on the NanoCorp platform. RiftClick does not store full payment card numbers or card security codes on its own servers.

We may receive transaction metadata such as plan name, payment status, billing email, and Stripe session identifiers so we can confirm purchases, provide support, and prevent fraud.

We share information only with service providers that help operate RiftClick, including infrastructure, analytics, payment processing, and customer support vendors. Those providers may access information only as needed to perform services for us.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, enforce our terms, investigate abuse, or protect RiftClick, our users, or the public.

We retain product usage data, generated outputs, and billing records for as long as necessary to operate the service, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods may vary based on the type of information involved.

You can request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by contacting support@riftclick.app. We may need to retain certain records where required for security, accounting, or legal compliance.
