Rules for using RiftClick

RiftClick is a SaaS research tool that helps creators analyze public Reddit discussions and generate thumbnail concepts and title ideas. You may use the service only for lawful business or creative purposes.

You may not misuse the service by attempting to reverse engineer it, interfere with platform security, scrape RiftClick itself without permission, or use outputs in a way that violates third-party rights, platform rules, or applicable law.

RiftClick offers a free tier with limited usage and a paid Pro plan with expanded features. Paid plans are billed through Stripe-hosted checkout on the NanoCorp platform.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis until canceled. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current and for any taxes or fees associated with your subscription.

RiftClick combines public Reddit data with AI-generated suggestions. Generated concepts are provided for ideation purposes only and may contain inaccuracies, overlap with public phrasing, or require editorial review before publication.

You are responsible for how you use any outputs, including verifying claims, avoiding infringement, and ensuring compliance with the rules of third-party platforms such as Reddit, YouTube, and payment providers.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, including if a third-party dependency changes access terms or if continued operation would create security or legal risk.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe your use is abusive, fraudulent, illegal, or harmful to RiftClick, other users, or third parties.

RiftClick is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free outputs, or specific business outcomes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RiftClick and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for loss of revenue, profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service.
